Monthly update 2 - internal progress

Monthly update 2 - internal progress

This month we focused on shipping deliverables and hardening the MONX operating system across products, distribution, ecommerce, payments, content systems, and research.

• Defined and advanced the company’s full operating scope across brand and business strategy: market positioning, narrative control, factory specifications, quality control, supplier and production networks, pricing and sales structure, distribution and ecommerce, payment systems, marketing and business development, terminology control in business writing, revenue lines, product ecosystem design, and systems level coordination.
• Completed 32 products that were outstanding from the startup and crowdfunding phase and moved them into active delivery execution, closing the backlog and restoring fulfillment continuity.
• Built physical retail stands for outlet placement, including QR code and barcode routing that directs customers to the website and enables store level attribution and measurement.
• Recruited ten outlets to host the stands and completed stand placement agreements so the system can be observed in real world conditions, not only online.
• Completed distributor agreements and operating role definition, including scope, placement obligations, and accountability mechanisms for verifying work performed.
• Built and standardized reporting and verification infrastructure tying together Shopify summaries, distributor bookkeeping, and payout evidence outputs so financial flows are traceable and auditable.
• Completed and refined the Shopify storefront build, including site structure and adding pages into live navigation, ensuring the site functions as an operational system rather than a static catalogue.
• Implemented and maintained preorder operations for products where production has not started, allowing orders to be placed while payment is captured at shipping, with clear separation from standard checkout behavior.
• Designed the separation logic between preorder payment handling and subscription billing requirements, documenting why subscriptions require gateway supported recurring payments and automated renewals.
• Advanced payment provider setup work for Iceland conditions, including the Teya integration path, credential handling, and mapping the correct configuration placement inside the Shopify stack for live checkout processing worldwide.
• Finished R and D for execution of worldwide distribution, warehouse and fulfillment systems, including distribution flow from factories to customers.
• Researched and evaluated subscription platform requirements for the MONX model, including customer portal controls, prepaid plans, shipping profile behavior, account management, and reliable storefront widget placement.
• Developed and expanded a structured social media content preparation system across multiple platforms, with repeatable formats that translate operational milestones into public updates and maintain narrative consistency without distortion.
• Built operational governance and communication infrastructure: direct channel rules, escalation thresholds, ambiguity handling standards, and responsibility and authority alignment principles, designed to protect execution and reduce operational drag under high pressure.
• Created sociological theory frameworks for strategy and communications, including a defined model of status behavior, narrative control, frame installation mechanics, proxy dynamics, responsibility transfer, and how attention incentives shape collective belief and institutional outcomes.
• Created original physics adjacent theory work to support decision architecture and modeling, including degrees of freedom and dimensionality as state specification, stability and attractor behavior, coherence versus distortion dynamics, constraint based descriptions of system behavior, conservation as invariants, and information theoretic objects used to model internal state estimates and belief updating.
• Produced formal research artifacts supporting the theory program, including a minimal equation spine, supporting mathematical structures, and falsifiable claims and experimental criteria designed for evaluation rather than interpretation.
• Tightened investor and partner documentation logic by locking the compensation model as profit participation rather than equity, validating the distributable base definition, confirming per item unit economics consistency, identifying the single ambiguity risk and its one sentence fix, and beginning outreach to angel investors.
• Reached out and organized high level apparel and design support to raise garment execution quality, including coordination with senior industry talent and experienced specialists.
• Started active development work on the next clothing and apparel line, extending the product roadmap beyond the current delivery cycle.
• Advanced the energy drink program from concept into execution readiness by completing formula direction for maximum scientific nutritional value and super drink positioning.
• Completed manufacturing contract work for the energy drink pipeline, tying the program to production capability, constraints, and rollout sequencing.
• Continued developing the company’s internal workflow system used across domains, with a repeatable cycle of definition, specification, execution, verification, and public reporting.
• Built the operational workflow: hypothesis → prototype → validation → rollout, applied to products and systems.
• Developed the “distribution as a research engine” concept: real world logistics funding iterative R and D.
• Built a practical model for non debt growth during build: sponsorship plus small batches plus validated demand loops.
• Continued integrating systems thinking: one coherent operating model across commerce, logistics, and research execution.
• Built the internal structure for monthly in circle reporting as a continuity tool, not public marketing.

Preparing launch of project again.

See you next month!
