After partners receive their fair share, all profit from MONX products and memberships is reinvested in the work MONX exists to support. There is no personal or shareholder payout from MONX itself.
The value generated through products and memberships supports two equal parts of the model:
Direct humanitarian action
Food distribution, practical assistance and selected medical or social support.
System building
Product development, fair compensation, operations, scientific and technical work and the capacity required for future projects.
MONX began as a response during medical treatment, after a severe injury did not find solutions through general health and insurance systems.
That process revealed that many people live under similar structural pressure, and that these conditions are connected to wider economic and social systems affecting the public.
MONX emerged as a practical response to that reality.
MONX is built to combine immediate help with the long term capacity to develop products, scientific work and practical systems through real goods, digital memberships and public participation.
